UCST Dehra Dun is a leading institute engaged in Academic cum Professional Field(s) of study at undergraduate & postgraduate levels under the able guidance and supervision of an academician & educationist of repute & fame.It was founded by UTTARANCHAL PROGRESSIVE EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY, HQ II-A Sewak Ashram Road, Dehradun. The institute, working under SELF-FINANCING SCHEME, offers an academic area(s), which help students keep pace, and stay pace with educational programme(s), and has the relevance to the professional life of the students.The institute has the dynamic academic and research programme(s) which involves a faculty of about 45 lecturers and scientists. It has a vigorous visitors' programme under which eminent national professors and scientists visit and lecture at this campus. The reasonable balance between theory & practice with the available state-of-the-art support system is ensured at the campus. In addition, the institute provides an environment which is conducive to make the students focus on their development and traditional values. It is also very much alive to the holding of classes regularly & punctually, maintenance of discipline and dress code at this campus. The MoUs have also been signed with allied institutions and corporate world in India in order to give more exposure(s) to the students to the relevant & allied state-of-the-art support system(s).

Since these courses require high IQ; good concentration and inquisitive mind; and an innovative attitude, perseverance, team spirit, and a systematic approach, there is no place of indiscipline at the campus.
In order to keep pace and stay the pace with the academic schedule, the students need to ensure.
That they attend the classes, and practical schedule(s) regularly and punctually.
That they do not absent themselves without prior intimation to the teachers giving sound reasons. The students invite
disciplinary action if found.
Disturbing academics at the campus in any manner.
Misbehaving or ill-treating either with the teachers or their fellow beings at the campus.
Making or practising derogatory remark(s) on communal or religious lines.
Indulging in wilful spoiling of institute's property etc.
Violating the institute's dress code at the campus and during lab timing.
